Hi I'm Dr. Brian H. Lim. I attended Palmer College of Chiropractic in Iowa where I got my Bachelor of Science degree and became a Doctor of Chiropractic. I was originally born in Korea, so I am able to help patients in both English and Korean. While attending Palmer College of Chiropractic, I was inspired by the Gonstead system. This form of chiropractic practice became my spark for learning and drove me to become a chiropractor. The Gonstead Technique is designed to only adjust areas of subluxation (problem areas) for maximum restoration. It differs from commonly used techniques in which there are no rotations involved in your adjustment. To fully achieve perfection in the Gonstead Technique, doctors of chiropractic have to spend numerous hours attending Gonstead seminars outside of the standard university programs. This additional training is crucial to better understand the actual biomechanics of the human body.
